HOW TO JOIN

Does your child want to take their swimming further and start to compete?

We help swimmers develop their skills and reach their goals, whilst being part of a friendly and fun team. The club encourages young swimmers to start their development with one or two sessions per week in Fundamentals and Group 1 to improve their stroke and fitness. They then increase the level of training as they progress through the groups.

The club's aim is for every swimmer to have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Consequently, our training is demanding but it ensures they develop proper technique and fitness, both of which are fundamental in performance swimming. Swimmers also develop  skills such as self-discipline, motivation and goal setting.

Swim trials are run by our Head Coach Mark Simms.

At the trial our Head Coach will assess the swimmer’s ability across all four strokes. Following the assessment, the Head Coach will review the results and identify the most appropriate swimming group for your child against availability. Our training groups section shows the training times of each of our swimming groups.
